We ship from warehouses across the country which allows for most orders to ship same day and arrive in an average of 1-2 business days. Orders over $95 ship free every day! Orders under $95 ship in the continental US for a flat rate of $7.95.
Shipping Methods - Continental US
We primarily ship through UPS, FedEx, and USPS, but ground freight is occasionally used to ship large items. Expedited delivery for an additional charge is available upon request. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders received before 2 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day except on holidays (subject to stock and availability). Orders placed on holidays will ship the next standard business day.
Most products will arrive within 1 - 2 business days. Because we ship from warehouses across the United States, your order will ship from the closest warehouse that has stock for the items you purchased. If your order included multiple items, they may arrive on different days due to the availability of products at the warehouses we ship from.
Deliveries of Larger Products, Bulk Orders, and Custom Products
Oversize items, larger bulk orders, and custom products will have specially arranged freight deliveries. We will contact you to make arrangements for the delivery. If you need to receive a delivery on or by a certain date, please call our customer service to schedule. If you are not home for the scheduled delivery, the order will be left near your garage or will be redelivered.
